eLink
eLink is Cargonaut’s tool for advance digital notification of export shipments. It ensures faster freight handling, fully secure delivery and fewer returns. Compliance rules for delivering export shipments at Schiphol, including Ready For Carriage conditions, are incorporated in the tool.
A shipment’s Ready for Take-In status enables users to see whether it complies with the latest regulations: green indicates that all requirements have been met, while red indicates that this is not yet the case.
All deliveries made by freight forwarders or their carriers should be announced in advance in eLink, along with an overview of the shipments to be collected.

Automatic Nomination will be the standard at Schiphol from 1 March 2024
Afhandelaars op Schiphol gaan ernaar toe dat er binnenkort nog een enkele bron is voor stationsverklaringen. Deze centrale opslag van stationsverklaringen wordt door alle afhandelaars gebruikt. Op deze manier is vervuiling van stationsverklaringen veel makkelijker te voorkomen. Expediteurs hoeven niet meer apart langs de verschillende afhandelaars, maar registreren eenvoudig de stationsverklaringen online. Hiermee worden bijvoorbeeld ook dubbele stationsverklaringen sneller geïdentificeerd en worden voorkomen.
