What does the new process for importing air cargo involve?
ICS2 is the EU-wide automated Entry Point process. This process is in place to monitor the security of the EU’s external border. The European Commission aims to improve data quality with a view to enabling more accurate advance risk analysis. Automating the process should also ensure better exchange of data between EU member states.
