How does the Track & Trace API work?
The Track & Trace API is not a portal. Cargonaut has an API Cookbook for developers, which details how to use the Track & Trace API. Contact our helpdesk to receive the Cookbook.
What information does the Track & Trace API response contain?
The T&T API response contains the latest FSU status and the latest ETA and STA data.
How do I access the Track & Trace API?
Contact the helpdesk to obtain the credentials you need to use the API. You can use these credentials in your own applications to make the API call.
How do I use the Track & Trace API?
You can make a separate GET call on the Track & Trace API each time or you can subscribe to an Air Waybill. If you take the second option, we use your POST API to send updates of each status change.

Automatic Nomination will be the standard at Schiphol from 1 March 2024
Afhandelaars op Schiphol gaan ernaar toe dat er binnenkort nog een enkele bron is voor stationsverklaringen. Deze centrale opslag van stationsverklaringen wordt door alle afhandelaars gebruikt. Op deze manier is vervuiling van stationsverklaringen veel makkelijker te voorkomen. Expediteurs hoeven niet meer apart langs de verschillende afhandelaars, maar registreren eenvoudig de stationsverklaringen online. Hiermee worden bijvoorbeeld ook dubbele stationsverklaringen sneller geïdentificeerd en worden voorkomen.
